Grief Yoga: Movement, Breath & Sound

Grief Yoga: Movement, Breath & Sound In-Person

Join Kim Bernardo for this specialized yoga class on Sunday, April 13 at 1 pm. Grief Yoga uses yoga, movement, breath and sound to release pain and suffering to reconnect back to love. This gentle class is designed to help grievers find peace through movement and meditation. This practice is about emotional liberation vs. physical flexibility. This class is accessible to everyone. No previous yoga experience is needed.

This class is designed for anyone navigating loss, whether recent or long-term and provides a safe, supportive space for individuals to process grief, find emotional release, and reconnect with their bodies. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, the sessions are tailored to meet you where you are on your healing journey.

Free and open to adults. Registration is required.
